No. Beginners are welcome. Private sessions may be advised depending on our initial Introductory assessment. I will meet you where you are and help you build from the ground up with confidence.

Yes, I specialize in pre and post rehab Pilates as well as pregnancy and postpartum mamas. I work carefully with clients who are returning to movement after injury or surgery. Pilates is often used to support functional strength, posture, breathing and body awareness in rehab adjacent settings.

Yes, I teach All Levels and Pro sessions with layers and progressions that move you toward the advanced repertoire. If you are looking for “hot, booty pump, IG Pilates” this is not it. Every session will help progress you to more strength, mobility and skill within the Pilates / Contrology method.

Yes. I mentor students and Instructors who want support with teaching, sequencing, cuing, and a deeper understanding of the method. Mentoring can be especially helpful for people building confidence and developing their own voice as instructors.
